📦 General Shipping Information

    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Shipping Days:
    We ship on all working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national and public holidays.

  • Delivery Timeline:
    The estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and pin code.

🚚 Delivery Coverage

Currently, we deliver across India. At the time of placing your order, please enter your pin code to verify if delivery services are available in your area.

We do not deliver internationally at this moment.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹599: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 may apply.

  • Orders ₹599 and above: Free shipping to most locations across India.

  • Note: Some remote pin codes may still incur additional logistics charges, which will be mentioned at checkout.

🧾 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the order details.

  • Once dispatched, we will provide a tracking ID and courier partner details, so you can monitor the delivery status online.

🔄 Change of Shipping Address

  • You may update your shipping address only before the order is dispatched.

  • Requests to change the delivery address after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

  • If delivery address modifications result in a different tax or shipping charge, the change request may be declined.

📦 Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the order. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply.

❌ Non-Delivery & Cancellations

If a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your pin code, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or a full refund using your original payment method.
